If you enjoy the Seville Fair, Only YOU Boutique Hotel will be the perfect place to feel as if you're in Seville without leaving Madrid.
All the magic of the April Fair embodied by its food, music, fashion and atmosphere will fill up the hotel with colour and flavours for the next few weeks. Until May 12th, the places serving food in the hotel, in particular our gastro-bar El Padrino and the YOUnique Lounge, will have a special menu with Andalusian dishes. Our “El padrino” patatas bravas, real Cordoba-style salmorejo, marinated dogfish, buns with serrano ham or lemon-lime fish in batter, among others. You’ll want to try them all!
The opening party will be next Wednesday April 24th with top figures of the Seville and Madrid scene. Guests will enjoy a truly Andalusian event that will start with a fashion show of Flamenco costumes created by well-known designers, including Aurora Gabiño, Antonio Gutiérrez or Sonibel, among others. Also, during these weeks you’ll be able to see the Flamenco costumes on display and for sale in the hotel’s common areas.
