Guest Bartending

Only YOU Atocha earned itself an excellent reputation by having “residencies” from the best bars in the world. For four months and for the first time in Spain, the best bartenders in New York: Julie Reiner, from The Dead Rabbit, Ivy Mix, from Leyenda, Tom Macy, from Clover Club and Naren Young, from Dante, plus others, worked behind the bar at Only YOU Atocha to show off their creations. With such top names and such a history, the hotel’s cocktail bar became the city’s number one venue, and is now set to host Guest Bartending, a new initiative in conjunction with Makers’s Mark, the Maxxium premium bourbon.

On one Friday a month, a top cocktail barista will be “taking over” the hotel bar until midnight to create their cocktails. The baristas will also be offering a master class for anyone - professional or amateur - who’s keen to know more about cocktails.
